Since 1466 the Dragon of St. George has borne witness to the presence of the Peruzzet family, descendants of Ser Francisco Peruçio who, commissioned the frescoes in the ancient church.
Colour is bright with pink highlights. The bouquet has overtones of yellow apple, wisteria flowers and scent of roses. Flavour is fresh, dry and acidulous from fine foam.
