Since 1466 the Dragon of St. George has borne witness to the presence of the Peruzzet family, descendants of Ser Francisco Peruçio who, commissioned the frescoes in the ancient church.
Colour is pale straw yellow. The bouquet recalls yellow apple, pineapple, acacia flower, wisteria and hay. Flavour is fresh, harmonious and dry with a delicate perlage.
